While kick-off today the Ninth Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP9) of the WHO Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC), another live streaming intend to counteract the secretive approach adopted by the WHO.
Organised by The Coalition of Asia Pacific Tobacco Harm Reduction Advocates (CAPHRA), the discussion online will focus on Tobacco Harm Reduction and held on Youtube from Monday 4.00 am (GMT) 8 November until midnight (HKT) Friday, 12 November.
“For five days and nights, our global live stream will prove that the WHO’s position against safer nicotine products is untenable. Every adult has the right to choose safer options. It’s now time for COP9 delegates to stand up and speak out,” says Nancy Loucas, Executive Coordinator, CAPHRA.
