Costanza Nicolosi is a legal scholar specialized in comparative law and regulation. She has earned degrees in both economics (from Bocconi University) and law (from Northwestern School of Law). She has practiced law in the USA, Latin America, and Europe, dealing mostly with administrative and antitrust law in international law firms such as McDermott Will & Emery, and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. More recently, she earned a PhD in comparative law and a fellowship grant for a comparative study of the regulation of electronic cigarettes
